1. ORDER CHANGES

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us at support@blanktacet.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you are still covered by our satisfaction guarantee below.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No return shipping is required.

3. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll work with you to find the best solution — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

All approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Requests made after the 30-day window has expired.
- Items damaged through customer misuse or neglect.
- Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
