3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

All shipments include full tracking capability. You can track your order status directly on our website using your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.

5. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Every order is fully insured during transit at no additional cost. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
